You may use this website for lawful purposes only.
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems
- Interfere with website operation
- Submit fraudulent or misleading information
- Copy or reproduce website content without permission
- Use our website or content to violate applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website when reasonably necessary.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and photograph our products.
However, products made from natural or agricultural materials may naturally vary in:
- Color
- Texture
- Aroma
- Appearance
- Size
- Weight
- Shape
- Crystallization
- Other characteristics
Natural variation does not necessarily indicate a defect.
Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes and may not represent the exact individual item shipped.
4. Orders and Availability
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
We reserve the right to:
- Accept or decline an order
- Limit quantities
- Correct pricing or product-description errors
- Cancel an order when necessary
- Refuse service where permitted by law
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund.
5. Pricing and Taxes
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable sales tax and shipping charges may be added during checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is accepted.
6. Payments
Payment must be successfully processed before an order is considered accepted for shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment information may be processed by third-party payment processors. We do not intentionally retain complete payment-card information.
7. Shipping
Shipping is governed by our separate Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.
Estimated processing and shipping times are provided in good faith and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we cannot ship an order within the promised timeframe, applicable law may require us to provide notice and, in certain circumstances, offer cancellation and a refund.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Because our honey and other natural products are perishable, we can’t accept returns of opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us at theluffmanlocal@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll replace the item or refund you, at our discretion. Non-perishable items (candles, wax goods, equipment) may be returned unused within 14 days of delivery; the customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Custom or made-to-order items are final sale.
Please contact us before sending anything back.
9. Natural and Agricultural Products
Products derived from honey bees, plants, agriculture, or other natural sources may vary from batch to batch.
For example, honey may naturally differ in color, flavor, aroma, consistency, and crystallization depending on floral sources, season, location, and storage conditions.
Such characteristics are inherent to natural products and are not necessarily defects.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients and warnings before use.
- Honey & Food Safety Notice
Do not give honey to children under 12 months old. Honey can contain spores of bacteria (Clostridium botulinum), which may grow in an infant’s immature digestive system and produce toxins. However, not all honey contains spores and is safe for breastfeeding mothers to consume since botulism is not transmitted via breast milk.
Our products may contain or come into contact with pollen, propolis, wax, or other bee-derived materials that can cause allergic reactions in some people. If you have known allergies, consult a healthcare provider before use.
Raw honey may crystallize naturally; this is normal and does not affect quality. Store in a cool, dry place. Products are not evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
11. Beekeeping and Homesteading Information
Information published on our website, social-media accounts, blog, educational materials, or other communications is provided for general educational and informational purposes.
Beekeeping, agriculture, animal husbandry, construction, tools, pesticides, chemicals, and other homesteading activities involve inherent risks.

12. Honey-Bee Removal and Inspection Services
The Customer understands that bee removal, cut-out, and inspection services involve inherent risks, including stings (which may be severe or life-threatening for allergic individuals), work at heights, and hidden conditions inside walls, roofs, or structures. The Customer acknowledges that opening or removing building materials may cause damage that cannot be predicted or avoided, and agrees that The Luffman Local LLC is not responsible for pre-existing or concealed conditions, or for repair and restoration of the structure (including drywall, siding, insulation, and paint) unless expressly agreed in writing. The Customer is responsible for disclosing known hazards and keeping people and pets away from the work area. To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, the Customer releases The Luffman Local LLC from claims arising from the ordinary risks of the service, and its total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. This does not limit liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
